081130-01 Better Balancing Act

While the SE scopes CAN be mounted on a wedge, and DO have guide scope inputs, they really aren't designed for it. The COG is well outside the axes of rotation. Here's a much improved mount of Orion ST-80 guide scope with a StarShoot autoguider and camera. This worked pretty well, but was a significant load on the mount. -- This falls into the "Don't try this at home!" category. Buy a better mount instead.
