Observatory Plans

Given how many times I've changed my mind on how to do things over the past year, I decided it's time to do a detailed drawing and design plan for the observatory. So far it's paying off as I'm realizing certain issues that would have been a major problem to hit part way through! I'll post updates as I have time.
