CGE Pro Cable Snag Prevention

After my OnStep rebuild of my CGE Pro, I've been having trouble with cables getting snagged on the RA and DEC clamp knobs. Thus, I decided to design and print some rings to keep the cables away from the knobs and prevent snags as the mount moves. Took a few revisions to fit past everything, but they turned out pretty good.
