Re-designed RA Axis Ring

To fix the clearance problems, the inner body was removed, leaving only the outer rim and about an inch of surface material. This allowed it to mount from the bottom and clear the ADM OTA mount knobs on top. The finished design solves the cable snagging problems for RA. The ring is made of two halves that screw together and attach to the knobs with rubber band loops.
