De-forking the 11" Deluxe CPC

Time to move the 11" OTA from the CPC fork to the CGE Pro. I added a new Losmandy style bottom rail rather than swapping top and bottom rails or putting the OTA upside down. The OTA looks pretty awesome on the CGE Pro!
