Running USB 3.0 Extender

My pier currently has USB 2.0 extenders and hubs built in. In order to take advantage of this faster camera and transfer the huge 46.2 MB of data per frame, I need to be able to run USB 3.0 back to my controlling PC. Luckily I planned for expansion and have a 4" sewer pipe conduit running under the slab from the pier to the wall. I may rebuild my data ports in the future, but for now this gets me running.
