Windows based roll-off roof controller

This is the Windows based application I've used to control my roll-off roof. It was based on the code I'd originally written to become the embedded Windows PC based controller for the positioning systems that I had developed at work and used for the roll-off drive system. That project got scrapped, but I had the code to use for this. I never got around to adding remote control or ASCOM support to it, and the serial interface, which was always a bit intermittent, finally failed on me.
